Important Information Witnessed at the WAFF eFootball Workshop

The participants of the WAFF eFootball Workshop received many information about the game in general and the tournaments operated by Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) in particular.
 
The workshop was held over a period of two days with the presence of FIFA representatives and on the sidelines of the eWAFF Invitational, which was hosted by Kuwait Football Association with the participation of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Lebanon.
 
During the workshop, Mats Bretvik, FIFA eFootball MA Program and Competition Manager, and Moritz Worlein, FIFA eFootball Competitions Manager, introduced to the participants the FIFAe, its tasks, responsibilities, and tournaments held under its umbrella, in addition to reviewing all technical aspects, administrative aspects, instructions and laws.
 
Britvik and Worlein reviewed in detail the FIFAe Nations Series 2022 in terms of its organization, system, content and commercial rights, in addition to their keenness with the participants to follow part of the eWAFF Invitational, which witnessed Saudi Arabia coming in first place, Qatar in second place, Kuwait in third place, and Lebanon in fourth place.
 
The list of participants in the workshop included: Hassan Ismail (Bahrain), Mohammad Al Sleihat (Jordan), Hamad Al Jahouri (Oman), Rabih Hamdan (Lebanon), Faisal Abul (Kuwait), Saud Al Ayyaf (Saudi Arabia), Abdullah Badarneh (Palestine), Khalifa Al Haroun, Noura Al Tamimi and Basil Akkad (Qatar).
 
Furthermore, the workshop is considered the first of its kind on the agenda of the programs and activities of WAFF, keen to hold it, believing in its responsibility towards developing all football sectors in the region, thus expanding the base of the game in the region and attracting more people interested in it.
