WAFF Issues an Anti-Match Fixing Booklet in Collaboration with Sportradar

West Asian Football Federation in collaboration with Sportradar has issued a booklet on combating the manipulation of match results and the importance of match-fixing.

The booklet, which was circulated to Member Associations, provides guidance and advice to all players, coaches, match officials, and administrators on issues related to football integrity in West Asia, and aims to highlight the risks of manipulating match results or manipulating competition in football.

The booklet includes several cases of match-fixing, target groups and events, as well as the risks of manipulators.

WAFF signed an agreement with Sportradar – the world’s leading provider of sports integrity solutions – to conduct a series of educational workshops and activities to support and protect the integrity of the game and regional competitions.

Through this agreement, Sportradar’s Education and Prevention team provides attractive educational material to help educate all key stakeholders in WAFF’s competitions on key topics related to international sports betting, match-fixing, and social media integrity.
