Prince Ali bin Al Hussein and Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi confirm the importance of teamwork

 

His Highness Prince Ali and Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi held a meeting via visual communication technology, which was attended from the UAE Federation, Humaid Ahmed Al Tayer, Board Member and Member of the Executive Committee of WAFF, Muhammad Abdullah Hazam Al Dhaheri, General Secretary of the Federation, and Khalil Al Salem, General Secretary of WAFF.

 

Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi stressed that UAE welcomes hosting many sports tournaments, believing in its role towards youth and its responsibility to advance football and make maximum efforts to achieve this, noting that cooperation with WAFF and other national federations is very important to achieve the common goal that it seeks for the footballing system.

 

On the other hand, His Highness Prince Ali affirmed his high appreciation for UAE and the Football Association for the great interest in sports in general, which has accelerated the wheel of development, which has made qualitative shifts at the organizational and competitive levels for sports and football events in particular.

 

His Highness praised the joint cooperation shown by the UAE Federation with WAFF through interaction with the events it organizes or hosting the championships, especially the tenth championship for men between March 20, 2023 and April 3, 2023 and other championships that will be held in the UAE later.

 

His Highness and Sheikh Rashid bin Humaid Al Nuaimi discussed the latest developments in the men’s championship, and it was agreed to continue joint coordination in completing its administrative, organizational, and marketing arrangements, in line with its value at the continental level, and in line with its peculiarity as it is being held for the first time in UAE and it’s the first participation of UAE’s national team.
